What is Correlate Press?
We are a small independent publishing company. Our aim is to make the reading and learning experience a more intimate one.
Why Does Correlate Press Exist?
If you were a musician 20 years ago, you were pretty much reliant on a record company to sign you up to their label. Then they would provide you time at a recording studio, promote and distribution your work, etc. If you did not get “accepted” by one of these record labels, it was very difficult to get your work out there.
Now, record labels are coming to terms that the world has changed, and they are no longer needed as the middleman for the job. Musicians who have developed their craft and have a fanbase, can release their work without the “permission” or approval from big record labels who less for the work of art, and more for the profit.
The world is also changing for writers.
At Correlate Press, we believe that there’s a middle ground between tradition publishing and self-publishing. Authors who by design want to take things into their own hands, also need some help along the way. We hope to lend that hand in the process of creating something good.
